Memorial service will begin at 2 pm on Friday at the funeral home. Friends are invited to visit with the family from Noon to 2 pm Friday March 24, 2023, at Stout & Son Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street, Russiaville IN 46979. Private graveside services will be held at Russiaville Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Claranne (Ely) Budd. In addition to his wife Ellea, Randy is survived by his son, Elliott Benjamin Budd brother, Jeffrey Budd father, Donald Budd father-in-law, Garry Benham mother-in-law, Joan Ratcliff Benham aunts and uncles, Jan Benham, Charlie and Bev Ratcliff, AP and Judy Ratcliff, John and Barb Ratcliff, Katie Ratcliff. He was a current member of First Church of the Nazarene in Kokomo. His favorite vacations were spent with family and friends in South Haven, MI, for the past 20 years. He graduated from Ball State University in 1987 where he majored in Photo Journalism. Randy was a 1981 graduate of Kokomo High School. On June 21, 1991, he married Ellea Kay Benham at the Beamer United Methodist Church, and she survives.
